The hosts of Le Dîner En Blanc - Lagos have officially announced their three chefs for the first edition of the secret picnic: Nigeria's finest food stylist Chef Tolu Eros, the custodian of Italian cuisine Chef Benedict, and renowned XO Bakery owner/pastry chef/chef instructor at the Culinary Academy Chef Alex Oke.
